1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Solution Builders website and services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
AI Solution Builders provides AI Revenue Infrastructure technology and services, including but not limited to:
• AI voice response and qualification automation
• CRM-integrated workflows
• SMS and email automation
• Lead follow-up and pipeline systems
• Database reactivation systems
These Services are delivered in accordance with a written service agreement
3. Service Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Comply with all laws and regulations
We may refuse or terminate access to anyone for any reason.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate business and technical information
• Maintain their own tools, CRM access, calendars, and integrations
• Respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner
• Abide by all applicable laws, including privacy and data protection
Failure to meet responsibilities may delay or impair the Services.
5. No Guaranteed Results
AI Solution Builders does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or business impacts. Results depend upon:
• Client operational practices
• Lead volume and quality
• Market conditions
• Internal follow-up execution
All performance claims are illustrative unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Payment Terms
Fees are set in the Services Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Monthly fees are billed in advance
• Setup fees are non-refundable
• Late payments may result in service suspension
7. Intellectual Property
All proprietary methodologies, automation logic, frameworks, and materials developed by AI Solution Builders remain company property unless otherwise agreed.
Clients retain ownership of their own data. AI Solution Builders may use de-identified data for internal improvement but will not sell or share personal data beyond contracted services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability of AI Solution Builders (and its agents, contractors, and affiliates) is limited to the amount paid for Services in the preceding billing cycle.
We are not liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Lost data or opportunity
9. Data Processing
By using the Services, you acknowledge that automated systems may:
• Process inbound calls, messages, and enquiries
• Store contact and CRM data
• Use automation tools and third-party platforms
Personal information will only be processed as necessary to deliver the Services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
