1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Service Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:

4. Payment Terms

Clients are responsible for managing their subscription and cancelling prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue.
5. No Guaranteed Results
AI Solution Builders does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, lead generation, or business results.
Services are designed to improve systems, processes, and efficiency, but results may vary depending on factors outside our control, including:
• market conditions
• competition
• pricing
• customer demand
• internal business operations
• client follow-up and execution
Any examples, projections, or estimates provided are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guaranteed outcomes.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate business, technical, and operational information
• Maintain access to required systems (e.g. CRM, phone systems, social media accounts)
• Respond to enquiries and customer interactions where manual input is required
• Ensure pricing, availability, and service details are accurate
• Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and data regulations
AI Solution Builders is not responsible for:
• missed opportunities due to incorrect or incomplete information
• delays caused by lack of client response or cooperation
• service delivery, fulfilment, or operational outcomes
7. Cancellation & Termination
Clients may cancel Services at any time, subject to the terms of their subscription or agreement.
• No lock-in contracts apply unless otherwise stated
• Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges
• Services will continue until the end of the current billing period
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if:
• payment is not received
• the Services are misused
• the client breaches these Terms
8. Intellectual Property
All proprietary systems, frameworks, automation logic, and materials developed by AI Solution Builders remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own data.
AI Solution Builders may use anonymised or de-identified data for internal improvement purposes but will not sell or distribute personal data beyond what is required to deliver the Services.
9. Data Processing
By using the Services, you acknowledge that automated systems may:
• process calls, messages, and enquiries
• store and manage contact and CRM data
• operate through third-party platforms and integrations
Personal information will only be processed as necessary to deliver the Services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Platforms
The Services may rely on third-party software, tools, and platforms.
AI Solution Builders is not responsible for:
• outages or failures of third-party services
• changes to third-party platform functionality
• limitations imposed by third-party providers
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of AI Solution Builders (including its employees, contractors, and affiliates) is limited to the total amount paid for Services in the preceding billing cycle.
We are not liable for:
